Safeguarding
Our No.1 priority is the welfare of children attending our Academy.

We have comprehensive policies in place for Safeguarding & Child Protection, Behaviour, Anti-Bullying and Whistleblowing. We have staff trained to deal with such issues should they arise.

We are also fully committed to equal opportunities for all, and providing a safe environment in which everybody can enjoy playing tennis. Our Equality & Diversity policy ensures that those with protected characteristics are not discriminated against in any way.

With regards to our Academy and Elite training programs, there is a strict selection process which is only ever based on standards and attributes required for high performance competition in tennis. When we take players on tournament trips we follow our Team Travel Policy.

In selecting staff, our key consideration is the level of experience and competency evidenced for carrying out their duties. In addition, our policies ensure that we always follow best practice in Safer Recruitment.

All TA policies are available to view/download from the User Zone once you login.
